A Bit More Tack is a full service English tack shop in York, PA. We offer complete services to keep you and your horse looking your best without having to purchase new all the time. We offer services to repair your items, which saves you money.

Our Consignment Department offers used English and Western saddles, adult and child riding apparel for schooling and showing, and stable equipment. Call us or stop in to set up a consignment account. When your consignment items sell, you may take store credit or request a check. Used items fly out of the store because of our 60- and 90-day price reductions. Please take a look at the current used saddles we have on consignment.

• Custom embroidery for show shirts, saddle pads and horse blankets/coolers
• Helmet and boot sizing
• Blanket cleaning, repair and waterproofing

• Engraving - tags, plates, stall plates, trophy engraving, leather belts / bracelets
• Plate Placement - on tack, tack trunks, picture frames and other wooden products
• Boot repair and stretching
• Adding / repairing zippers in boots
